As a graduate from the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and the Transformational Arts College, I have personally experienced the power of Psychotherapy.
Fifteen years ago I began my own journey, in pursuit of a change, of a new life, a life that was not yet wholly formed in my mind yet I knew existed. The compassion and the support that I received through my own therapy gave me the courage to critically explore my own choices and eventually led me to leave a successful career as a Operations Manager to pursue my passion as a Psychotherapist. This journey, coupled with my experiences as a graduate of the University of Waterloo, and as a wife and a mother of two children, have given me insight and deepened my understanding of the complexity of relationships. For over 6 years I have utilized these varied experiences to work with individuals and couples who are seeking a change, a new perspective, a new reality.
