This company is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We purchased a new home and the patio doors had a leak, when service was called they returned multiple times with no solution. A year later still no resolve. We had new front doors from Mason and the doors arrived 5 times with glass that was scratched and the holes for the handles were cut incorrectly all 5 times. When asked after the second time if someone would come to measure they proceeded to order the same set again wirh the incorrect holes for handles as no one came to measure. We are over a year into this process and zero resolve. When you call you get met with unanswered calls and no response to emails. It has resulted in over 10 missed days of work to which they message you the morning of the appoibtment to advise you they will not be showing up for the service as the doors are still incorrect. You will be told the doors are on the weekend truck, you can be sure they are not!
