My husband and I are building a shed so we needed a lot of materials. We went into Bytowne Lumber to order a large amount of plywood to be delivered to our home. We were greeted immediately and asked if we needed help with anything. We ordered the materials, and were able to specify the date we wanted it delivered, no questions asked. We live very close to this store and have heard how great their customer service is from many friends, so thought this was the perfect time to support a local business. Our transaction went easy and the woman who helped us was so knowledgeable and very friendly. Our total bill was $400.00 for plywood. We were very impressed with the level of friendliness and conversation we got from the people there. The only issue that we found was with their hours of operation. It is open during the day only Monday to Friday and closes before my husband and I finish work so finding a time was challenging, but we made it work.
