This includes advertising, showings, applications, credit reports, leasing, move in inspections, key copying and the final move in day. FEES: 1 Full Months Rent, Account set up fees may vary. Full Management For full management we look after all maintenance, all rent collection and all leasing. This is the service which we perform for the most clients. FEES: 1/2 Months Rent upon leasing, 5% Monthly, Account Set up fees may vary.
