Do you know what it’s like when it seems that your whole life was guiding you to this very moment? That's how I describe my journey to and through the Healing Arts. I’ve been blessed with a life lived close to nature, a great deal of quiet time for connecting and contemplating and like any good story, plenty of contrast, struggle and distraction. Regardless of what was happening in my outer life, one constant current flowed under the surface. I’ve always had a deep longing and gift to help others return home to the truth of themselves. An unwavering desire to reconnect individuals to the peace, joy and well-being that is so often hidden under a lifetime of responsibility, duty, habit and disconnection. Initially, I imagined reaching people through social causes or non-profit endeavors. However, during my exploration in those arenas, I discovered a natural ability to connect through touch. Soon after, I came across the practice of Reiki and quickly found an insatiable desire to learn more, practice more and to work deeply with people who were looking for an alternative method to heal their body, mind and soul.
Over the last 20 years my studies and practices have evolved and grown, but the underlying current runs as strong as ever. My toolbox is ever expanding as I continue to be awed and amazed with the opportunities to access and interface with the body’s natural healing abilities. My studies in Reiki led me to become a Reiki Master in 2000. Since then my practice has continued to evolve and my fascination increasingly expanded. I’ve gone on to study the amazing work of Donna Eden of Eden Energy Medicine and Dr. Melanie Smith of Well Within Natural Medicine. In 2014, I discovered Access Bars® and haven't looked back since. The more I practice and incorporate the incredibly trans formative methods of Access Consciousness™ in my life and work, the more I am amazed with their effectiveness . Life is a journey with many wonderful and unexpected twists and turns. My sincere desire is to help others navigate those places of uncertainty and help them find the clarity and presence to live the extraordinary life they came here for.
