Hammertown Uneek Bouteek was established in Hamilton, on June 1st 2012. With formidable success for a year and a half at Haggler's Flea Market, also in Hamilton (www.hagglersfleamarket.ca), Cher and Chris chose a little space close to their home, so if you are in a pinch, and need to get a quick gift, and you cannot get to us during regular hours of operation, please call us. We are often available until about 10:00PM, so your special someone will not go without a gift you intended on getting for them.
The shop has Jewellery, watches, hats (men's and women's), scarves, purses, wallets and an assortment of selected items that are most "uneek", and are unknown by the masses. If you or someone you know loves music, you must ask about the Music Angel. This mat is sticky on both sides, and is designed to attach to your car dashboard, and then hold you phone, coins etc, even vertically, yes straight up and down against a surface. It is removable, and replaceable so if you need it somewhere else, move it or take it with you. it is washable polyurethane, kind of like the "Mr Schticky" lint roller you've seen on TV, so as it collects dirt, and get less sticky, you simply wash it under warm water and let it dry. Back to new stickiness again! And the jewellery...well, lots of really neat stuff. The painstaking search for unusual designs, popular designs, and reasonable pricing pays off just by seeing customers leaving the shop, with big smiles and returning with bigger ones. We have a combined experience in the fashion jewellery industry of 15 years, and one of us has an incredible design flair, and also customizes jewellery, as well. We chose sterling silver and gold-filled designs primarily for their durability. Do ask about our very reasonably priced gold-filled, as our customers, swear by it as the best alternative to solid gold, without the stiff price tag, or the concern of something getting lost or stolen. So far there are only a few items in the store that are priced over $50, so you know, even on a budget, you can treat someone special, and yourself.
