Hi! My name is Dana Schattle. I am a believer in keeping healthy and staying fit and I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals!
Ever since I was in high school I would look at healthy fit people with envy. I grew up in a home where fitness was not a priority. As soon as I moved out, I began to eat and behave in a more health conscious way. I began to exercise, to look after my body, and I discovered something...I LOVED it! Today I am a lover of sport and fitness. I enjoy a variety of activities, but most importantly I believe that by making health a daily goal, I have extended the time I will be able to spend with my daughter. I might even get to be a grandmother some day! I look forward to playing with my grandkids and being able to keep up with them!
