I have been an I.T. Manager since 1999, but back problems have limited me to working out of my home for several years. If you live in Dartmouth, Halifax, Bedford, , Lower Sackville, or Eastern Passage, I invite you to drop off your computer to my home at 146 Windmill Rd. (Dartmouth, very close to the old bridge). I offer a free scan and free diagnosis, and then I can suggest what service needs to be done. I fully intend to turn Nova Scotia Computer Rehab into a Co-op enterprise, associating with other disabled I.T. experts with a variety of relevant I.T. skill sets. After talking to several different I.T people and computer repair stores... all of which told me there was no way to recover my family pictures and videos from my HP Smart Media Centre. After the catastrophic lost of all my data I was sure my files were lost for ever. (keep in mind I have a minor in Computer Science). As a last ditch effort I decided to search out I.T help from Kijiji and found Tom from Nova Scotia Computer Rehab. Tom was professional and understanding of my needs and wants. Before I arrived at his place he had already researched my type of server and ways to recover data from it, He began working on it as soon as i arrived, he sucessfully recovered all my data (which other repair shops said couldn't be done). Tom took two fully days to do this work and kept me up to date every step of the way. (and only charged me $100).Tom is by far the most reliable and dedicated I.T Professional I have ever met, He is Kind, Understanding and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tom. Thanks Eric
