Norton Arts provides a tailored array of Conflict Resolution Workshops. These specialized workshops have been developed to help people understand the nature of conflict and how to go about resolving them. We aim at providing the concepts and methods to facilitate a peaceful resolution. Our coaching approach keeps it simple. We don't look to complicate things. We strip it down to the root cause and rebuild for all to understand, respect and appreciate.

Shoto-Chi specializes in the realistic approach to conflict resolution through the understanding of human behaviour. It teaches all areas of conflict for day-to-day life inclusive of Conflict psychology, Verbal Communication, Nonverbal Communication, Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence and Fluency-in-Motion. The art is built around realism versus tradition. It does not have gi's or belts although there is an optional non-visible grade system. The art is not built around fighting, but resolution. It does not teach complicated techniques but a simple, fluent and direct approach.
