I am a full time working single mother who's schedule seems to always require more than the 24 hours we get in a day. Ever since having my son I tried everything to lose my "mummy tummy". Every time I tried committing to a workout schedule or a diet I would always fall off the band wagon using time, money and energy as an excuse. This was two and a half years of struggling to find something that worked for me.
Then Beachbody came along. Their workouts are phenomenal and I never have to worry about finding time or a babysitter to go to the gym because I can get a hardcore and affective workout from home! Spending a little money gave me the extra motivation to stick to it (after all I wanted results from my investment) and having a coach to encourage and motivate me along the way was so inspirational. I feel healthier, more confident and full of energy than I have in so long and Beachbody is what helped me get there. I made the decision to become a Beachbody coach because I know how hard it is to make that commitment to yourself and stick to it. I want to be able to inspire, motivate and help people reach their fitness goals just as I have. I run a FREE fitness group that has become my passion.
