Our Home Management Service is designed to provide homeowners peace-of-mind their most valuable asset and the valuables within, are being properly managed and maintained all year round. Let our Personal Property Manager take care of your most valuable asset! We inspect the home to ensure all is functioning and providing the homeowner with security and the best life cycle possible. Inspect filters, check for water leaks, signs of rodent or insects, loose fixtures, railings, smoke and CO2 alarms, mould and mildew, etc. We provide a comprehensive inspection and report of your home and property on a regular basis and we can help you take steps to correct any issues. Alberta Home Management Services also provide a full range of Handyman services. Inspections are normally scheduled quarterly to ward off issues, but does ensure any issues that arise can be corrected before damage increases or security is compromised. This is not designed to be a “new home inspection” which provides you with a baseline for the entire Home and Property before you purchase. Our service is to manage your existing asset to maximize life cycle, value and provide security and peace of mind.
