Prefer a group atmosphere?
We offer high energy group fitness classes that will jump start your metabolism and fitness level. Workouts utilize metabolic training to supercharge your metabolism, build lean muscle, and get you into the best shape of your life.
60-minute high intensity classes and 30-minute EXPRESS group workouts for men and women are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday weekly at our private studio on the South Side of Edmonton.
We also offer customized nutritional services to help facilitate a healthy and balanced diet.
