This business has been keeping my vehicle longer than they should. My insurance Co has had been contacting them to turn over my vehicle for assessment. And they'll respond 1 out of 10 times. I suppose the longer they delay in turning over my vehicle the longer they could charge for storage fee. Definitely a questionable business model. Also, these guys seem to work with another dodgy car rental business, so maybe they have much to gain by keepING my damaged vehicle and holding up my insurance's assessment process. Don't make the same mistake I did.
