I have built, bought and sold many homes in the past and decided to try a new inspector. I have used 3 other home inspectors to date so I have knowledge in what I say. He took the time with my realtor and I to go over anything that raised a red flag with him, or threw up any caution, explaining everything along the way in great detail. I left the inspection feeling very confident and impressed with Corry! Later that evening, as per Corry's word, I received an email with the inspection report and it was jam packed with anything and everything needed! Again, whatever raised a red flag or threw up caution with him was outlined with an example of what the "issue" should look like with a computed picture, and then actual pictures from the home. Corry has much experience from past as he really is a "jack of all trades", which was great for understanding every detail while we did the walk around after his inspection. I will for sure recommend Corry and spread the word about ARC Home Inspections!
