In my classes you will learn not just yoga postures, but also how yoga benefits your mind as well as your body.
How is Feel Amazing Yoga (FAY) different? FAY uses a healing and restorative approach to yoga to improve your health and happiness. Teresa offers knowledge of healthy eating habits as well as yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, chakras and more. Feel Amazing Yoga will give you the tools to help you feel amazing!
