My Personal Chef Catering services are different than a regular caterer because instead of cooking the food ahead of time and just reheating on site, I bring a kit and cooler and create everything from scratch in your home! Chef served Plated Dinners for from 2 to 12 guests. Buffets for large groups. Cocktail & Hors D'oeuvres for special events. We can also arrange the bar and bring in all rentals and staff. Its like having a magician in front of you and watching the tricks. It can even be "an Interactive Cooking Lesson" where you can keep me company in the kitchen and join in on the 'mis-en-place'. I can also create a beautiful Gift Certificate of a Gourmet Dinner for 2, that you give as a special Christmas present or Wedding gift.
