Description
I'm a true lover of food, down to its purest form - the soil. I garden, cultivate and aim to produce the best flavour combinations through traditional cooking methods and fusion. I have been cooking since the age of 14 and now over a decade after the fact it is still what I plan my future around. I started out with Italian cuisine and it is certainly where my heart lies. I have worked with many different chefs over the years and gained experience in Indian, Thai, Lebanese, Japanese, and Chinese fusion. I love fine dining dishes to pub food favourites with a twist.
The service I provide is small function catering or making dinners to last you in the freezer when pressed for time. For larger events I will need at least 2 months notice, as I am a "one-woman-show" mostly!
Upon the day you call we will schedule a date for a free consultation at your home or via telephone. This is basically to find out your likes and dislikes, any specific dishes you'd like or dietary issues or concerns. Within a day or two I will have a menu made specific to your needs and desires. I do all of the shopping, after an inventory of your pantry to save you money. With groceries in tow, I travel to your home and cook in your kitchen. The hourly rate is $25 for cooking time and $15/hour for travelling, menu making, and shopping. You are responsible for all tupperware containers, or other storage items. If you do not have these, I will purchase them for you. You pay for all groceries after I have provided you with the receipts. If you'd prefer not to have me cook at your residence, I can do so in mine and deliver the food to you prepared!
