Verification of mitigation efforts by remediation contractors by either lab-based sampling, and/or visual inspections. Moisture detection and inspection services of building envelope failures; leaks, seepage and flooding. Non-destructive infrared testing with a certified infrared thermography inspector. Air quality testing for mould and other Indoor air quality issues; radon, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, dust, bacteria, e-coli. Asbestos bulk sampling and asbestos fibre sampling for abatement projects. Industrial hygiene surveys for OH&S compliance. Consultation for grow operations as per Alberta Health requirements. We will respond to a wide variety of clientele concerns & inquiries. Fully insured, WCB Insured . Member of the Indoor Air Quality Association. Clean Trust - IICRC Certified Firm. Preferred contractor for most insurance companies and Alberta Heath Services. Upon completion of the remediation/abatement contractors project, our third party verification inspection can then begin. Upon acceptable results, either by visual inspection or laboratory based air quality testing, the remediation process can then be discontinued. From there our consultants can provide you with preferred vendors list of reputable, licenced rebuild contractors to begin the reassemble process.
