Isagenix has been a life-changer for me. Patti introduced me to Isagenix in February of 2012, just 2.5 mths after I had a heart attack. The heart attack was brought on by Stress, bad nutrition choices and a lack of exercise. Isagenix has helped me to change every aspect of my life ... I released almost 70 lbs (in my first 17 weeks) and have remained at a 'very fit' 185 lbs for over a year now. I've rediscovered my passion for running ... I completed my first ever half-marathon on Fathers' Day this year and will be running a FULL MARATHON on October 13th (less than 2 years after my heart attack). I've completely changed my eating habits (eating much healthier natural foods (non-processed)) -- it's been a learning curve ... but a learning curve that is paying off exceptionally well. I'm in better shape now than I was in my 20's ... Isagenix will ALWAYS be an IMPORTANT part of my life !!!
