• Pressure treated deck, no railings or steps - $17.25 per square foot. • Pressure treated deck, with aluminum railing and pickets - $24.15 per square foot. • Composite deck, no railings or steps - $29.90 per square foot. • Composite deck with aluminum railing and pickets - $39.10 per square foot. Stairs vary greatly depending on rise and width. As a guideline, a set of steps, 3 feet wide and having two treads is $300.00, materials and labor included. A ball park figure for a basic fence is as follows: • Pressure treated fence, neighbor friendly, with 4x4 posts - $40.25 per linear foot. • Pressure treated fence, neighbor friendly, with 4x6 posts - $46.00 per linear foot. • Pressure treated fence, neighbor friendly, with 6x6 posts - $49.45 per linear foot. Pricing for vinyl or chain link fences is available as well. Construction notes: • All posts are set in Quik Crete. • All holes are approximately 3 feet deep. *Site conditions apply. • All decks are placed on screw piles. • All decks and fences are constructed using screws. *No nails used. • Miter joints are used to connect continuous runs on fences. • Metal connecters are used on joints where required.
