I am a mother of two avid skateboarders so every Christmas I spend quite a bit of time in West 49. I was recently at the location in Limeridge Mall looking for shoes for my son. It may seem a bit intimidating to go into a store like this however the staff here are fantastic! They are always warm and welcoming and answer all my questions. They take their time to explain everything I need to know. I am sure some of my skateboarding questions must seem dumb to them but they never treat me as if they are. They nearly always have what I need in stock and if they don't they are willing to call me when the product arrives at the store. With my recent visit I had a list of Christmas items I needed and although I couldn't purchase them all that day, the sales rep was kind enough to help me figure out how much each item was going to cost me for my next visit. I have never had a bad customer service experience with this store and I highly recommend them!
