Eugene has a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Environment Regulations and Compliance, is a skilled carpenter in the process of attaining his Carpentry Certificate of Qualification. Eugene has been working in the residential, civil and industrial construction sectors for over 13 years. O’Brien Construction has expertise in thermal and moisture protection, efficient mechanical systems, zoning and building code requirements.
