Floor Forensics has been certified and licenced by the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA), which is the recognized governing body for the hardwood flooring industry in Canada and The United States. The primary focus of Floor Forensics is to offer objective third party inspections of hardwood floors that will pinpoint the cause of the problem and the party responsible. These written and signed reports will include all supporting photographs and documentation.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive series of in-house training modules tailored for businesses in the hardwood flooring sector wishing to take a more proactive approach in avoiding issues in the field.
