Employment Interviews We'll provide you with the skills, knowledge and abilities necessary to conduct a winning employment interview. Specifically, we will help you: • Develop and implement interview planning strategies and tactics. • Respond effectively and confidently to behavioral based interview questions using the STAR technique. • Respond to “tough” interview questions. • Plan for and conduct a “winning” employment interview. This includes participating in mock interviews and practice sessions. You will also receive powerful one-on-one feedback following each interview session. • Develop and implement post interview strategies and tactics.
