WHAT IS THIS MACHINE?
This machine is called a "Power Plate"and it represents a fundamental shift in the exercise paradigm. It is a strength training device and it provides an alternative to traditional weight training. It is suitable for a wide range of people and it can be used as a stand-alone workout system or as a complement to traditional weight training programs.
The power plate increases lean muscles tissue faster than weight training does.
