Awful people and service. Do not go there!I took my phone in for screen repair. It was pricier than other locations who provide similar services, but near Sick Kids, so we went with them. The gentleman returned my phone wrapped in tape, with a temporary screen protector on top, and a second half one he claimed was only on the bottom half, as it was more sensitive. Fast forward one week. My screen stops working completely. I call to let him know I'm coming back soon (I'm from Calgary, but fly here every 3 weeks for my baby to get cancer treatment). He said no problem, that I should bring it in. I went in today. The young man who originally repaired my phone was there, and was arrogant from the start. He told me the phone was cracked. I said no, it's a screen protector, so he tells me to take it off and walks away. Sure enough, it's a crack, not a screen protector. He tells me I cracked it. He refused to look up my work order, called the owner and insinuated that I am just lying. Scammers!!
