My name is Laura Vokey and I am a portraiture photograher based out of St. John's, Newfoundland.
I love taking beautful photographs. To me, photographs are captured moments, moments that pass all too quickly. This is especially true when you have small children that seem to be all grown up way too fast, as life is busy and can pass faster than we'd like. I cherish the portraits I have of my children, and find i very satisfying to provide families with beautiful images for them to cheish for many years. Wedding photos are a timeless representation and story of the beginning of a life together that will be shared and remembered for generations. It is an honor to capture those moments for couples and their families. I did not choose a skiled photographer for my wedding, and it will always be one of my biggest regrets! I will always aim to make the client more than happy with their photographs, as I know what it feels like to not be! Photograpy is also my creative outlet, I love to work on personal projects and have fun with the process of creating images to match what I envision in my mind. I love to work with natural light and believe that the most beautiful photographs are made in natural light.
