After graduating from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, I entered the hospitality field where he achieved award-winning success and previously was the Director of Sales Marriott Hotels. I live in Burlington along with my wife Deirdre, a teacher with the Halton District School Board, and enjoy experiencing all that the city has to offer. We spend our spare time exploring the beautiful Burlington waterfront, the many parks, and the Escarpment with their dog Gryphon. Charity involvement has been a large part of my resume, including the Rotary Club of Burlington, Children’s Miracle Network, Giggles & Grub, Family Christmas Sponsorship, Feed the Children, Run for the Cure, Movember and Habitat Services. I feel that giving back to the community and charity involvement has to be of high priority. I am an avid sports fan and follow hockey, baseball and basketball. I also enjoy being active and playing recreational basketball, baseball throughout the year and also take advantage of the wealth of golf courses that surround the Burlington, Oakville, and Hamilton areas.
