Security Guard Course: The Ministry has developed the training curriculum and CANGUARD meets these criteria Steps to follow for applying for training: 1) The candidate must fill in the registration form found at the www.canguard.org 2) Upon completion of the training course the candidate will advise Canguard who in turn will retrieve a pin number from the government to book your test. 3) Candidate will book their test at www.ontariosecuritytesting.ca 4) Upon successful completion of your test (61%) for guard and (77%) for private investigator the candidate will then apply at the government website (www.mcscs.jus.gov.on.ca )for their license to work.
