I ordered a gold coin in November 2016 from this company and have not received it. Two months ago they promised a refund that I have still not received. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded. It appears they have simply taken my money with no intention of refunding me. Prior to this I had been ordering from them for 5 years with no issues. Please read complaint s at the BBB in regards to this company. I have a strong feeling they are going out of business while still taking people's money.
