The staff in this store go above and beyond to help customers. We've had great service whether we've spent a little on something (such as getting personalized and time consuming guidance for something that costs less than $5) or needed help with a larger item / complex household hardware problem. I go out of my way to give them business wherever possible due to their commitment to customer service.
