Owen's service is fast. you call him and he calls your back within the hour. We have used him for both our home and our rental property. He fixed our fridge and gas stove at our rental property which saved me buy new appliances. Before he charges you he explains thoroughly the what and why which my husband appreciated. He wasnt able to save out washer (it was very old) but he explained to us the problem before he told us it couldnt be fixed. The good news is that he has a large support team and can get good deals on replacement parts and new parts, appliances etc. We saved alot on a new washer. I would recommend Owen to friends and family for his quick service, knowledge and honesty.
