Read on another Kal Tire site that the assistant manager did not give good service. We cannot disagree more!!! Brayden is a MOST personable, patient, well-informed, and obliging young gentleman who has carefully guided us through the purchase of two sets of tires (car and truck) as well as repairing a flat tire -- all of this fairly recently. When questioned about a sales tax anomaly, he attended to it promptly and thoroughly and got the manager involved. The problem was NOT of his/their doing, but rather a strange tax levied by the Manitoba (only!!) government (I have my MLA currently working on it !). As well, we were offered shuttle service to a destination of our choosing and were picked up and taken back to Kal Tire when requested (at no charge to us!). You are given full information prior to your purchase and when the change-over is completed -- NO "surprises" on the final total (other than that provincial tax screw-up)!! Well done and Thank You, Braydon!!
