Personal training session to anyone interested!! All ages welcome. I have experience with ages 9-70+. We start by having a conversation about yourself and what you want so I am able to further understand why you want to make the change in your life. We set realistic goals for yourself and a suitable time frame to achieve these specific goals!
The appointment is 45 mins. In this time We follow a Set exercise plan suited for your needs and goals. When exercising with me we will be focusing on specific points to get you the results you want and need. My main focus is making progressions towards giving you the skills to live a healthier lifestyle and getting control of that lifestyle.
