Horrible customer service and no way will I ever come back here...to pick up my package! Place is dusty, smelly, and reeks with Indian odour! Yesterday (August 8, 2019) was the deadline to pick up my package and I did not know that and I decided to come today (August 9, 2019)...I was coming from Weston Road and Lawrence Avenue West to this disgusting place (mind you...they put your package laying on the dirty ground) and I was told that the same incompetent delivery man, who was lazy to come upstairs to my apartment...took my package and 20 other packages that was not claimed. I think I should have 15 days to claim it before they decided to take it back and ship it back to the warehouse. Now I have to reorder the package...thanks to (Sprintstar Canada) and Hollister!!! Oh...and they were no help too...they could not simply have someone re-deliver my package and instead will be getting my money back. The end!
