Xan Mongolian Barbeque

Xan Mongolian Barbeque is a great restaurant for an fresh, stir-fry style meals. The concept is simple...select your favourite veggies, meats and tofu, and noodles, choose from a mix of sauces and hand the whole thing off to the cooking staff. Your creation is then stir fried on a large mongolian style grill and brought to the table along with rice and wraps. The cost of the meal depends upon the weight of what you take. There are lots of things to like about this way of eating. First of all, you only pay for what you take. Secondly, kids meals are simple because you control how much food you take. Also, you don't have to worry about getting something you don't like in your meal. If you don't like mushrooms don't take them! Staff are courteous and friendly and generally attentive. The atmosphere is clean and contemporary. It doesn't really feel like a power centre style restaurant. Xan makes a great night out and a quick lunch. Recommended!
