The Leaf and Loaf

I started going to Leaf and Loaf because of the hype they built around their restaurant. Well worth it. One of the first times I went there, the owner knew who I was from Twitter! After buying my food he tweeted me about how my food was! The cost is decent, under $10 for pretty much everything on the menu. Big portions, usually involving left overs. They have make your own salad, wraps and special items on the menu that come and go. I usually get the brown rice wraps, such as the Texan which has tortilla chips in it. My co worker usually gets the build your own salad where you choose all the toppings you want in a fresh salad with home-made salad dressings. My co-workers and I go there frequently and learned to get there early, or wait in line :-) Highly recommended to anyone downtown looking for a healthy meal.
