I have eaten sushi from a number of places, in a number of cities, but still Chiba Woodstock has my heart. I have tried a good number of the items offered on the menu and I will tell you....everything is great! gThe sashimi is some of the freshest I have ever came across and actually melts in your mouth. The udon and the terriyaki dishes are a hit with my non-sushi loving friends, and did I mention the miso soup is crave-inducing??!! It really is! The service is always spectacular as well. I highly suggest paying Chiba Sushi a visit, or grab a menu and take it home.....a great healthy alternative to pizza night. Trust me, there's something for every palate.
