Description

The origins of the deep fried sesame ball can be traced back to thousands of years ago as a palace food in Changan (also known as "ludeui"), during the Ting, Qin and Han dynasties. This dish is now usually served in small portions because the large size "Dragon Pearls" at Dragon Pearl Buffet can only be made by trained chefs. Originally, deep fried sesame balls are made in the New Year, and given as souviners when people visit their friends and family. The deep fried sesame ball is also a symbol of good luck.

Dragon pearl is such a nice buffet, it all begins when you walk into the beautifully decorated ancient Asian inspired restaurant and when they seat you, the chairs are so unique they are so tall! It's really cool and the food selection is good too, I went on a lobster night. They have that huge sesame ball which is so cool, you gotta a try a piece of it, if you're looking to plan a birthday party or just fill your hungry funny with delicious Chinese food, dragon pearl buffet is the place to go!
