I have been selling real estate full time for over 24 years. Having lived in Durham Region most of my life, I feel that the knowledge and experience I have, makes me quite qualified to assist people in the selling and/or buying of a home. I take real estate courses yearly in order to keep myself well informed.
I have never asked my clients to put in an offer on a property. I educate my clients the best that I can about real estate, the market and the value of homes and when all is said and done they are normally quite comfortable and confident to make a choice on their own with what they have learned.
