At Hue's Kitchen we strive to offer great tasting, healthy food at a remarkable value. Our chef, Hieu Tran began her culinary expertise with the creation of Ginger at Yonge & Bloor in 1998. The remarkable success of Ginger enticed Ms. Tran to further introduce Vietnamese cuisine with full service comfort of Saigon Sister. Hue's Kitchen is a balance between fast food of Ginger and full service from Saigon Sister resulting in great meal value.
The distinct flavours of Vietnamese food come primarily from: mint leaves, coriander, lemon grass, shrimp, fish sauces, star anise, ginger, black pepper, garlic, basil, rice vinegar, sugar, and green onions. These authentic flavours are enhanced with French influence to produce a unique palate.
