Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this guy. He's one of those contractors 'oh you're my number one priority, be there monday...' then never shows up, impossible to get in touch with as he rarely responds to your voice messages. He seemed very nice at first but the aggravation of a three day job turning into a four month (!!!!) job was a nightmare. As it is now, trying to get him back to fix the fascia that has come off. He did indicate that a) the warranty is good, and b) this would happen with rotting wood, however he did not mention any issues when he did the job, or we would have said to go ahead and replace any 'rotting' wood....We will just pay someone else to fix this problem as it's not worth the aggravation of having this guy back.
