Description

Bellwood Health Services provides addiction treatment programs and services for individuals and families across Canada for substance abuse, sexual addiction, problem gambling, eating disorders with a concurrent addiction. A specialized program for addiction and PTSD/OSI is available for members of the military, veterans, and first responders. A comprehensive program for Trauma and Psychological Injury designed specifically to address work-related psychological injury is also available.
Services are available for men and women, 19 years of age and older. Bellwood offers comprehensive residential programs, detox, family services, outpatient groups and individual and family counselling on a fee for service basis. An Alcohol Addiction Treatment Program for Ontario Residents, funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care is available to Ontario residents with a valid Ontario Health card. A variety of program options are available: residential programs of varying lengths to meet the treatment needs of each individual; outpatient groups; individual and family counselling. Bellwood also offers an intensive aftercare program and an education program for family and friends of individuals dealing with addiction issues. Bellwood Health Services, a part of the Edgewood Health Network, has been providing quality, comprehensive treatment for addictions for over 30 years and is Accredited with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada.
