[br/][br/]Our philosophy is different than the normal REALTOR that you see selling homes today. We offer all the same services, as we are a FULL SERVICE Brokerage. Our fee structure however is based on the work we do not the price of your home. We do the same amount of work when we list a $ 200,000 condominium, as we do when we list a $ 1,000,000 home. Our fee is $ 2,995 for our services and 2.5% that is paid to the Broker who brings the buyer. On the Buyers side we provide a Rebate cheque to all our Buyers, in the amount of 25% of the commission we earn. On a $ 300,000 sale, our Buyer will receive a rebate cheque of $ 1,875, We are REALTORS, Members of the Ottawa Real Estate Board and have full access to the MLS System.
