Matthew and Stephen Pryce - two brothers with diverse and complementary talents, established Prycon Custom Building and Renovations Inc. in 1994. After building a strong client base in Toronto's Rosedale, Forest Hill and Yonge and Eglinton areas, Matthew and Stephen decided to focus their work closer to their homes in Barrie , and have since created an excellent referral client base in Barrie and surrounding area. Prycon has been a registered TARION builder since 2001. The TARION Warranty Program protects the rights of new home builders/buyers and regulates new homebuilders. Prycon is also a member of the Greater Barrie Home Builders Association (GBHBA), where Matthew is serving his second term as President. Through their involvement since 1999 as a member of the GBHBA, their commitment to exceptional quality building and renovating, visionary thinking and functionally flowing designs , Prycon has emerged as one of the area's most sought after custom home builders and renovators. Prycon has a team of qualified employees and skilled sub-trades to perform the best construction practices required to maximize the highest quality product in building or renovating your home. Our employees and construction staff are all insured through W.S.I.B. Additionally, we are advocates of giving back to the community through sponsorship of youth sports teams and supporting fundraising initiatives for the R.V.H. Cancer Center, The Gilda's Club, Habitat for the Humanities. Since 2003, Prycon has been Pledge Champions for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Construction Challenge, Bowl for Kids.
