Stay away! Will take your money and delay progress. Accused me of "harping" on our contract (apparently he doesn't see it as a legal document), told me he wouldn't "waste time" gathering receipts to account for the money I gave him. 2x4's put up split, need to be replaced. Plumbing leaked, needed to be fixed. Other than that all I got was a partially gutted house that we couldn't live in for 3 weeks. Which he had the nerve to charge me $17,000 for. We will be forced to take legal action as he was unwilling to reimburse us anything. After talking around to various people, we have come to find out we are not the only ones.
