Dennis Manchak When I saw a leak in the basement I thought, "what now, how am I going to find some one with this kind of expertise"? Each year finding expertise for any trade gets more difficult. I have looked after a house for forty years plus so I have the right to say this. First positive was a call back in a reasonable time. Some did not even call back. others got the phone calls messed up with their Answer service. Some took days to call back. Some seemed to to not want to spend the time to do an estimate, and verbally quoted a crack cost over the phone without seeing the problem. So, first impression was a positive. Second positive, Dino arrived on time. He acknowledged the crack I showed him, and did a "walk around" to review my other potential problems. He pointed out the window well material was too high and in time the window would need replacing. This is what the consumer is looking for, a person who has the expertise to save you money by pointing to potential future problems. Third positive was the supervisory staff. He took Dino's approach when another small leak was noticed, proceeded to educate me why it happened, and pointed out how this could cause future problems. I am a person who believes in " preventative maintenance" and this is what they provided, leaving the decision to me and not applying pressure to do the work. Fourth positive was the staff. they worked very hard and neat, were polite, and left the property the ways they found it. I also appreciated their dedication to work on a Saturday to finish the project. In summary Dino listened when I explained I was a customer that wanted a "fix" not a patch. Most trades do not have listening skills. I am writing this letter, in the hope it will help somebody else solve their problem, when they read" I would definitely recommend this company".
