You should avoid this company! Their truck broke down the morning of our move. They showed up unannounced at 10:30. One of the two movers took smoking breaks every 10-20 minutes and was throwing our stuff in a pile in our new apartment. It took them 7 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment (apartments about 2 km apart), and two trips with a 20-26' truck (no appliances!) Had to pay the movers cash on the spot - no credit cards or interac. It cost me $800!! Tried two times to get in touch with the owner afterwards and he ignored my calls (even though the secretary was convinced that something would be done to make it right). Completely irresponsible, disrespectful and horrible customer service.
