I started my career with Realty Executives and then quickly moved to Maxwell Realty where I spent 5 years. In 2007 I moved to CIR Realty and started Kernick Homes. I list and sell new homes, condos, duplexes, townhouses, and pre-owned houses. It is my intention to sell every property I list by working hard to find a buyer myself, not just waiting for the phone to ring! If I am working with a buyer we will see every home in the price range to ensure we get the right one. I don't have a second job I am a FULL-TIME Realtor.
