GeoFocus is a full service mould assessment and remediation consulting group comprising of a network of multi-disciplined experts providing a distinct service in all matters relating to residential, commercial, industrial and institutional mould assessment and remediation. GeoFocus draws its expertise from an extensive network of consultants including architects, engineers, building scientists, lawyers, quantity surveyors, construction experts, testing laboratories and medical practitioners.
In addition to the assessment, remediation and consulting services we offer we are also capable of making recommendation regarding repairs and arranging for the appropriate consultants and personnel to (i) prepare remedial plans and tender documents, (ii) assist owner/developers, occupant/tenants and/or board of directors in reviewing tender bids and interviewing contractors, (iii) supervise the implementation of repairs, and (iv) assist in determining the viability of pursuing cost recovery.
